How Glorious Are All Your Works
Oh Lord, how beautiful our life
when we may walk with You.
For You take all our doubts and strife
and then make all things new.
We hear the birds in glorious song
and see the flowers grow.
You teach us what is right and wrong
and set our minds aglow.
You lead us into pastures green
or to the glitt’ring brook,
to shading trees, the mountain scene
with that breathtaking look.
How glorious are all Your works
that daily we behold.
Our life down here with all its perks
and joyous times untold.
Your love is rich and wonderful,
Your grace amazes all.
Your mercy always bountiful
and there each time we fall.
Instill us with Your Spirit, Lord,
so we may love in kind.
Then spread Your message all abroad,
so all their Lord may find.
