All Will Be New

Now all the flowers still die,

the sun goes down in the sky.

None can live without eating,

without drink life is fleeting.

Refrain:

Quiet, patience, all will be new,

the heavens and the earth.

For our God will all things redo,

the heavens and the earth.

Now you feel sometimes alone,

sorrows may cause you to groan.

This world will often intrude,

when looking for solitude.

Now you may often run short,

plans you may have to abort.

You just have to stop fretting,

some needs you are not getting.

One day the sun will not climb,

God's light will then for you shine.

All darkness will then be gone,

victory will there be won.

None will there hunger or thirst,

God's glory always comes first.

Sorrows and pain ever banned,

happiness will know no end.

Long now for th'eternal day,

that soon our Lord comes to stay.

We'll sing Him praise evermore,

on the eternal shore.
