In His Hands
Oh Lord, in Your hands we entrust our life,
encourage us and point us to Your Way.
You know how much that Satan does connive,
how he directs this world's moral decay.
You know the pray'rs and all the supplications,
the tears, the hardships that mankind endures.
You also know about daily temptations,
and how we may succumb to Satan's lures.
Teach us to daily call on You, our Lord,
to often in Your presence kneel and pray,
to find our sust'nance in Your Holy Word,
then You can guide us always, day by day.
Our life in You, Lord, truly is a vict'ry,
Your grace and mercy, oh, how they abound,
You 've given us a foretaste of Your glory,
now we must tell Your message all around.
