Lord, Have Your Way With Me
Jesus, walk with me each day,
without You my skies look grey.
Just Your Spirit will suffice,
'cause I often need advice.
You have promised that You 'll hear,
so, Lord, please lend me Your ear.
Satan has his way with me,
if You will not hear my plea.
My intentions are sincere,
but temptations often rear.
Would You also me remind,
when at times I am not kind.
Lord, alone I cannot stand,
so, Lord, please lend me Your hand.

With Your Spirit, help me grow,
till I 'll daily be aglow.
With Your love and kindness near,
there is little I need fear.
Help me be a worker strong,
fighting all that which is wrong.
Then to all I may impart
that You gave me a new start.
