Hidden In Our Hearts #7  (2026)

HISTORY:
(written by Ralph Merrifield. September 24, 2026

On September 8th, Samson (our New Hope Pakistan ministry leader),
told me that his youth choir will be singing at a large mid-October convention
and asked me to write a theme song, based on Colossians 1:10-11.
Two days later, the song was finished & sent to
Fred Scorza, our very talented arranger in Pennsylvania.
Eight days after that, Fred completed his amazing 16 part orchestration,
then forwarded it to Johan (our team member in the Netherlands)
to create the MP3 recordings, videos & sheet music.
Health issues prevented Johan from adding his vocals,
so he requested that I do this. Today, I recorded the vocals and
within a few hours, Johan enhanced my vocals, merged these with
the instruments and forwarded the final song to Pakistan.
16 days, from initial request to completion !!
Now Samson's youth choir will learn the piece. They will be singing this song
multiple times over 4 days at the convention, expecting over 10,000 to hear it.
