HOW AWESOME IS
YOUR HOUSE, O LORD

THE REBUILT JERUSALEM TEMPLE

by Gary Bickel

Let us go to the Lord's Holy Temple.

How its light will shine bright to our view!

Thankful, humble and grateful to be there: Let us enter!

The Temple is His Sanctuary,

So peaceful, quiet, and serene.

His Temple: Holy, sacred building!

It is good to be there, In His Presence to share.

How awesome is Your House, O Lord!

The Lord's love shall prevail in His Temple.

Satan's influence, temptation shall flee.

All our worldly cares put behind us: Joyful feeling!

His Temple is a House of Worship.

His Temple is a House of Praise.

His Temple is a House of Offering.

It is good to be there, In His Presence to share.

How awesome is Your House, O Lord!!

Let us go see the Lord's Holy Temple.

So transcendent, its image divine,

'Bove the city and hills of Jerus'lem: Radiant delight!

His Temple is a House of Beauty.

His Temple is a House most Pure.

His Temple is a House of Glory.

It is good to be there, In His Presence to share.

How awesome is Your House, O Lord!!!
