[KARAOKE VIDEO]

[Karaoke 1st voice: verse 1 + verse 1]              [Karaoke 2nd voice: verse 2 + verse 1]

[Karaoke 1st voice: verse 1 + verse 2]              [Karaoke 2nd voice: verse 2 + verse 2]
Alle MIDI's zijn ingespeeld door Bob Sorem.

Gebaseerd op Psalm 130: 5-6:
Ik verwacht de Here,
mijn ziel verwacht en ik hoop op zijn woord;
mijn ziel wacht op de Here,
meer dan wachters op de morgen,
wachters op de morgen.

Ik wacht op de Heer

Ik wacht op de Heer,
mijn ziel wacht.
Ik wacht op de Heer,
mijn ziel wacht
en ik hoop op Zijn woord,
en ik hoop op Zijn woord.

Mijn ziel wacht op de Heer,
mijn ziel wacht op de Heer,
meer dan wachters
op de morgen,
o, mijn ziel wacht
en ik hoop op Zijn woord,
en ik hoop op Zijn woord.

Almost identical with Ralph's original:

I wait for the Lord,
my soul waits.
I wait for the Lord,
my soul waits
and in His Word I hope,
and in His Word I hope.

My soul waits for the Lord,
my soul waits for the Lord
more than watchmen
for the morning,
oh, my soul waits.
and in His word I hope,
and in His word I hope.

This is almost a literal translation of your English version and
almost identical with the words in the Dutch Bible as well.

I used Bob Sorem’s midi to add the lyrics for the 1st and 2nd voice,
like the way Bob made his midi:

1st voice: verse 1 + verse 1
2nd voice: verse 2 + verse 2

Then I inverted 1st and 2nd voice in the second part of Bob’s melody lines
and created 2 new karaoke files this way:

1st voice: verse 1 + verse 2
2nd voice: verse 2 + verse 1
